"The check in process was quite difficult. We were in line for 30 mins customers were cutting in line and other guests were upset. The line was through the building. They needed more staff to accommodate the check in rush! Other than that everything else was good. "

"The air conditionig pushed out a smell that smelled like dirty coochie. I can ahead and have it on recording confirming the pool was heated and there was a hot tub also. Neither wree usable. They were noth so cold if frlt like jumping in the lake during winters first thaw and even the spa was cool enough itvshocked my skin enough i coud not stand tpnput more than my feet in and that was the whole purpose of my stay was to use these ammeneties for my daughters birthday. Comletely pissed i was charged and no accomodation was made"
