Enjoy the serenity of Butot and discover the charm of the Normandy countryside. The house has a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a lounge, a living room, three bedrooms, a shower room and WC. Make use of the parking space for your vehicle and the garden to recharge your batteries. The house is fully equipped to meet all your needs (washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, hob, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils). Relax in front of the TV, enjoy the dining table and rest assured that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. All three bedrooms have three double beds (140\*190cm) and one of the bedrooms has an additional single bed (90\*190cm). Whether you want to explore the surrounding natural beauty, discover the local heritage or simply relax, our house in Butot is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. However, you can park your car easily and free of charge in the streets surrounding the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. Part of the arrondissement of Rouen, Butot lies in an area rich in history and culture. Public transport Bus: Butot is served by inter-city bus routes, generally operated by the regional NOMAD network (formerly known as the Seine-Maritime network). These buses link small villages to the larger towns in the region, such as Rouen or Dieppe. However, timetables can be limited, especially at weekends and in the evenings. 2\. There were 4 animals walking around the house, 2 cows and 2 donkeys. Of course they were seperated, but seperated with a fence (couple of metal lines). That was very cute. The house itself is nice and it's comfortable for maximum of 4 persons. From the facilities we were missing some things, but we did bring our own towel for the dishes. In general the house didn't seam to be cleaned very properly, but maybe it was because of the smell of the old fireplace and chimney. A good ventilation of the house is needed and if you do that it's a comfortable house. ##### René V. Par contre, pas d’accès dans les jardins tout autour. Il y a une salle de jeux dans la grange à côté au top pour les enfants. La maison est Plutot propre, il ne faut pas regarder au détail. La douche etait bouché, nous avons du tirer nous même les cheveux qui bouché la douche. Les poussières laisse un peu à désirer… Il vaut mieux repasser un coup sur la vaisselle aussi… Puis prévoyer votre sel et poivre même s’ils vous disent qu’il y en a. Ce sont les seuls bémols, dans l’ensemble la maison est plus que correct et nous avons passé un Agréable moment. Si vous voulez bouger ou faire les courses rien ne se fait sans la voiture rien à moins de 15 mins mais le prix à payer pour etre au calme !!! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ma part.
