Our sink was stopped up and after letting them know it took nine hours to fix. It was a bit of a chaotic hotel with bags of laundry left in the hallways and lots of messes. Not a very special experience. Oh and the sink had two hot waters. No cold.

Lovely hotel. Spacious bedroom with excellent shower and we appreciated the games in the room. The nicest mid-west hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were very pleasant and communal areas really nice and smelt amazing. Restaurant was breakfast was excellent.

Just choose another place to stay this is not it.point blank.every cloth seat was dirty .room sink leaking. Elevator broke the one that did work was super slow for the parking TV in the main bedroom kept going on and off...
The good. Staff and maintenance was very helpful and me and my son enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

"Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant."
