"As a solo traveller this B&B suited my needs. It was close to Lerwick centre and all amenities. The en-suite room had tea/coffee facilities and internet TV and served the purpose well for me. The continental breakfast was self-serve and expansive with no strict timings. Basically, you could come & go as you pleased which was ideal for me as I had no specific agenda, just a quiet 3 night break."

"Everything about this property is perfect. Communication with hosts was excellent from start to finish. Location of apartment was brilliant and as for the apartment itself, it was a real home from home with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. "Really nice little hotel. As two tall Americans, we found the bed a bit small, but we understand that is to be expected in Europe. It would have been convenient to have power outlets on both sides of the bed. But those are little things. We loved the location and it was very convenient to explore Shetland."

"With Cruise ships blighting Lerwick, this country hotel overlooking the sea was a good find. a very individual inn, not quirky but functional. Showing it's age just a tad but would certainly say that it is good value for money (includes a cooked breakfast). Great location for visiting the northern islands of Yell and Unst as well as Scalloway and North Mavine. Roads on Shetland, especially the A Roads are well engineered and maintained so you can get everywhere on Mainland in an hour from here if you have hire car."
