Set amongst native gum trees within the Wilyabrup Waters Estate, this spacious farmhouse style home offers a relaxed and welcoming setting for families or groups. Designed for comfort and connection, the home blends modern country style with generous living spaces, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of wine tasting, beach visits or exploring the surrounding countryside.
The Space
A path lined with native gum trees leads you to the front entrance, where warm terracotta floor tiles greet you in the foyer and set the tone for this beautifully styled home. Thoughtfully designed with space and privacy in mind, the property features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
Two spacious master bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the home, each with a private ensuite. The main master suite includes a walk in shower, freestanding bath, vanity and toilet, creating a relaxing sanctuary. The second ensuite bedroom features a queen bed along with a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Three additional bedrooms include a queen bedroom, a room with two king single beds, and a fifth bedroom with a bunk bed featuring two king singles. These bedrooms are serviced by a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, freestanding bath, vanity and toilet.
At the heart of the home is a large open plan living area with high ceilings and sliding doors that open out to the patio. Comfortable seating and a wood fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The dining table seats 10 guests and connects seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen, where a large island bench becomes a natural gathering point. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, Breville Barista coffee machine and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
A second living area located down the hallway offers a quiet retreat with a smart TV and comfortable lounge seating. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is also available for guest use.
Outside, the covered patio extends the living space and is ideal for long lunches or relaxed evenings. The outdoor area features a dining table along with lounge seating and occasional chairs, providing a comfortable space to enjoy a glass of local wine while overlooking the peaceful rural surroundings. The property backs onto a dam within the Wilyabrup Waters Estate, adding to the tranquil country setting.
