  • Tranquil Waters is a new built home, located 100m from the shores of Geographe Bay, is this large, newly built property on a large corner block., very close to Busselton Hospital.

    The property has 4 larger than double size rooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and 3 toilets; with a designer open plan kitchen looking over the large dining and family area.

    The house has a separate lounge/theatre room with a large flat screen TV, as well as a study/play/reading room.

    Fully ducted heating and cooling, and opening onto a paved undercover outdoor space, give this property a comfortable but grand feel.

    All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

    Self check-in with onsite secure lock box!

    Property can sleep up to 8 guests.

    Important note: This property has no Wi-Fi. Please download maps, entertainment, or work files in advance, or bring a portable Wi-Fi device.

    This is a No party, no leavers property.

    Additional note:
    - $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

    - Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
