THE SPACE 

Swell House is a peaceful beach house located in a quiet corner of Dunsborough Lakes. The space has an open living and dining area and separate TV room, big enough to accommodate a couple of families. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry which contains a washer and dryer. A versatile study area, which doubles as a kids' playroom. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and entertained with board and card games. Enjoy the privacy and space to relax in the fully fenced grassed front and rear yards. An added benefit is rear side access, perfect for a small boat, equipped with an outdoor sink to clean the latest catch. The house is set up with all the creature comforts you will need for your time away.

༄BEDROOMS & BATH༄

Welcome to your ideal family retreat at Swell House! This spacious haven boasts 4 bedrooms: 3 with Queen beds and the 4th with one King Single and one Regular Single, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, including a bath. Towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.

༄KITCHEN & DINING༄

You’ll enter the home into a large open plan living and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen features a 900mm oven with gas stovetop catering to culinary enthusiasts, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a handy walk-in pantry to keep your supplies organised and a Hisense refrigerator. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, spices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for use during your stay. Enjoy the sunrise paired with a cup of coffee using the Nespresso machine and Urban Brew compostable coffee pods provided. The dining table seats up to eight, and there is seating for four at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual morning meals.

We provide toilet paper as well as a starter set of basic household items (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towels, dishwasher pods and laundry soap).

༄OUTDOORS༄

Thinking of throwing a shrimp on the barbie? Just steps outside the kitchen is a gas BBQ and outdoor table for six, so you can grill and chill until your heart is content. We supply gas for the BBQ. However, we do ask the guests to clean after each use. Housekeeping will charge additional for BBQ cleaning. There is an Outdoor sink and preparation area available, convenient for cleaning up the days catch.

Please let us know if you replace the BBQ gas, or change over the gas for the house, so we can arrange replacements of these for future guests.

For families, we've got you covered; two High chairs; two portacots; and a baby monitor, are available on request. We have an indoors play area, games, toys, books, plastic cups and plates. There are many parks nearby (less than a 5 minutes walk to Dunsborough Oval which has two playgrounds, a skatepark and community centre). Dunsborough town centre is also within a 15 minute walking distance which has many children friendly restaurants, two grocery stores (soon to be three) and Geographe Bay.

With ducted air conditioning and Wif-Fi throughout, enjoy effortless warmth or cool comfort, and connectivity at your fingertips.

We charge guests a non-refundable cleaning fee which is solely for the purpose of the following tasks: Cleaning floors (vacuum/mop), dusting, cleaning bathrooms, washing all linens, making beds, folding and putting away towels, putting away clean dishes, wiping down surfaces, tables and appliances.

Check-in after 2:00 PM

Checkout before 10:00 AM

Self check-in with lock-box.

*Please note that our check-out time is strict and if our cleaners arrive while you're still at the house, they will charge us extra and we will, in turn, charge our guests for this fee.

༄GUEST ACCESS༄

Guests can access the home from the front gate (next to where the letterbox is located). The parking is on the verge, and fits up to 3 vehicles. Small boats are allowed onsite, with space for parking the boat located through the rear gate. No guest access to the garage.
