Welcome to Stables Lane Retreat, a brand-new home built in 2025 and perfectly positioned just a 10-minute stroll to Busselton’s vibrant town centre and only 15 minutes on foot to the iconic jetty and beach. Located in the friendly Stables Lane development, this modern retreat offers the ideal base for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The home is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort and features a spacious living area with plush seating and a large smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The stylish, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home for added privacy and includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own TV.

Three additional smaller bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single—share a central bathroom, making the home ideal for families or groups.

Step outside to a small, private, enclosed backyard with low-maintenance artificial lawn—perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. The double garage offers secure parking for two vehicles.

Stables Lane Retreat is pet-friendly—so your four-legged friend is more than welcome to join the holiday fun! Please note that due to council regulations, pets cannot be left unattended.

Near to the Busselton Museum and close to local attractions, Stables Lane Retreat is your contemporary home away from home in beautiful Busselton.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

Please note that there is parking (including in the garage) for a maximum of two cars. The garage door is 1.9m high.
No parties – quiet after 10pm. No smoking. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
