Important Guest Information

Security Deposit
A $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within seven days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning or policy violations are identified during the property inspection.

If the security deposit has been processed via pre-authorisation, the transaction may not appear on your bank statement as it is a hold only.

Guest Identification
Photo identification for the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

Mosquitoes & Midges
Busselton is surrounded by beautiful natural wetlands, so between October and January you may notice mosquitoes and midges, particularly around dawn and dusk. This is a normal part of the local environment, and we recommend bringing insect repellent for a more comfortable stay.
