This brand new home (completed June 2025) is located in Dunsborough Lakes – just a short stroll to local favourite Simmo’s Ice Creamery and Mini Golf, and only 5 minutes’ drive to the beach and the Dunsborough town centre. Step inside and enjoy the spacious, modern open-plan living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a stylish dining area, and a luxury lounge – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. There are two huge TVs, one in the main living space and another in the dedicated theatre room – ideal for movie nights or keeping the kids entertained. The home features three comfortable bedrooms, all with robes: • Two with queen-sized beds • One with two single beds – perfect for kids or friends You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a fully enclosed backyard with: • An outdoor shower • A shaded seating area • An outdoor dining table for relaxed meals Whether you’re a couple, a family, or a small group of friends, this home offers the perfect base to unwind and enjoy everything the stunning southwest has to offer. The garage is also locked and used by the owner. Happy to help! Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
