It\`s 800 metres to the jetty & dog beach, a shorter walk to the river & park, CBD, hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinema, & the Historical Museum. The bus station is 100 metre walk from the house. A very quiet street considering it\`s central location. This place is good for couples & families. Linen included. ID required. Must be over 21 years old to book, WA Registration - STRA6280QIO14DHE THE HOUSE The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and coffee maker. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy. PET FRIENDLY Dog welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog . City of Busselton laws apply. We had a lovely stay and our dog enjoyed the big backyard.The house was clean and well presented.
