The Space:
Located just minutes from Eagle Bay Beach and a short drive to Dunsborough, this private holiday home offers easy access to wineries, breweries, shops, restaurants, and beaches across the South West.
The home features open-plan living and dining with floor-to-ceiling windows, a woodfire heater, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large jarrah dining table. Indoor and outdoor living flows easily, with a back patio featuring a woodfire pizza oven and sun loungers, plus a front garden seating area for relaxed afternoons.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Downstairs:
• Master bedroom – King bed with open ensuite, spa bath, and separate toilet
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
Upstairs (mezzanine level):
• Bedroom 4 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 5 – 2 x single beds
The property sleeps up to 8 guests and is well suited to families or groups.
Guests also have access to a porta cot and highchair (please bring your own cot linen and mattress protector). All linen is provided except cot linen and beach towels.
Set among peppermint trees just moments from the beach, this home is a peaceful base for both relaxation and exploring the region.

Eagle Bay is a quiet coastal neighbourhood in Western Australia’s South West, known for its clear waters, white sandy beaches, and relaxed, low-key atmosphere. Tucked between bushland and the coastline, it offers a peaceful escape while still being close to nearby attractions.

Noise & Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.
Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Leavers
We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.
Pet Policy
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
