Property was quiet and bed was okay, but extensive stains on the carpet and hard to park in the very small parking area. Lots of signs about "Award Winning Property", but that was years ago and would not stay here again.

Very clean and tidy. However, drains had that sewerage smell in the rooms. Also very exspensive. Whe you consider you are basically sharing a house with strangers whom are occupying the other rooms. No tv in lounge from 2100 and tv in rooms off at 2300. No problemo if it was half the price, then i would have given it 5 stars even with the smell

Always stay here. It is a unique place to stay. Home from and you get to meet very nice people also staying here. The standard of serves and care are always maintained. Will continue to stay everytime I am in Bussleton

Good Place for a short stay in the area
It is a very comfortable place to spend a few nights when visiting the area (Busselton or Margaret River). The rooms are spotless with a good shower. The communal kitchen area has enough in there to see you on your way and there is a drop of port in a decanter should you fancy a nightcap which is a lovely touch. Very slight niggles, The WiFi didn’t work and it feels a little dated but it represents good value for money.

Waiting took it up on its self to arrange own dates for my stay they have done this before ,I was looking in Bunbury for a nights accomodation and waiting decided that my Night accomodation was in Busselton took the money straight away went back on wotif took out another amount of money and decided once again to choose my date of accomodation totally disgusted corporate zfraud

Excellent place to stay. The only small negative was that the instructions were a little unclear in that it said the key was to open the front door of the property and the bedroom. However the key did not open the front door and entry was through the unlocked rear sliding door. Otherwise a great stay.

Sadly the room we were in (late arrival) was smelly. There was a wet smell that you could almost taste and feel in the back of your throat. It felt really unhealthy. It was noticeable to other guests as they approached the room. We were aware the place was booked out so limited choice which was ours to stay. Spoke to the Manager the following morning and she also agreed. Said she would get onto asap which is great. Good for the next people staying but unpleasant for us that evening. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

The Master Suite was perfect for us. Once we got used to sharing the kitchen and dining/lounge area it worked really well. The beautiful breakfast supplies were great and very much appreciated. The home was amazingly clean and very comfortable and we would certainly recommend it to our fiends!

Very happy at Baudins, Busselton
Very happy with our stay. Well laid out, tidy and clean. Extras in kitchen..croissants, fruit, yogout, bread, butter, jams etc were great. Would recommend Baudins to friends.

great economical place to stay
We were tired from travelling and needed somewhere to stay. We stayed the first night in the Master house at the front of the block. We then decided to stay another night and were in a room in the second house. the whole place is very clean quiet the rooms big and the serve yourself breakfast very good.

It was really nicely furnished, had everything you needed, not too far to walk to beach, eating out, I thought it would be noosy being on Bussell Hwy but the house is at the back so it was very quiet.

Terrible Booking experience but a great place
Booking was the worst we have ever experienced no information about booking in I had to ring them 3 times just to get the information for the lockbox number. Booking in is advertised as 2:30pm only to be told that it’s 3:00pm. Oven didn’t work smoke alarm would go off when the toaster was used. We had booked for a week. Apart from the above issues the place was extremely busy and very good close to all the Margaret River has to offer. If they could get there booking in worked out we would have rated it excellent.

Hi Donald, I can see you were sent the check-in details the day prior to your arrival at 2pm. Thankyou for bringing to our attention the oven not working we are now getting it looked at. Currently Telstra are doing upgrades to the network and we are having issues with calls not being received and we apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to reach us.

The continental breakfast option was great (we cooked our own eggs) but the main room aircon was too cool and could not be adjusted. The main room TV was difficut to operate (we replaced the remote batteries). Because the rooms were not serviced over an extended stay, it wasn't easy to get service items (like toilet paper). But the rooms were well priced and we enjoyed the stay.

Loved it but didn't receive the check in details. I don't blame anyone. They are probably lost in the internet world. My one suggestion would be to have a sensor light near the lock boxes as we couldn't see them. I know I have a torch on my phone but people like my parents wouldn't have this ability. Again just a suggestion.

The room and facilities were fine. Breakfast a little sketchy and hardly qualified as the 2nd B in B&B. Someone had mis-set the thermostat, which was not in the room and controlled the whole main house, and it was uncomfortably hot until we figured it out.

Excellent two nights stay
An exellent B&B with on-site parking. Quite rooms, comfy beds, a good selection for self-served breakfast. Easy check-in. It is not far from the jetty where you could park for free and do various activities including swimming from the beach, taking a train to observatory fishing from the jetty or walking 1.8km one way on the jetty and snorkelling or scuba diving not far from the observatory. If was a pleadant stay.
