Employee was rude when I was checking in. Handed me the key and pointed at the elevator. He didn’t explain how the AC is controlled by the TV remote etc. Towels are the size of a hand towel. There was a used bar of soap, 3/4 tube of toothpaste and body cloth left in the bathroom. I am blessed the AC was working however adjusting the temperature, power etc didn’t work. It was too hot or too cold.
