This was helpful since we were traveling around and they kept our luggage for a few days before check in. The overall quality of the rooms were ok. We were able to check in early when I informed that I may not be able to return before 11. Staff are helpful but only if you insist on getting the help you need. One actually said to us " I have work to do, can you come back and I can help you" at which point I said, "I need the help now please" and The cleaning equipment are left in the basement hall/sitting dining area. When we arrived at about mid day, the staircase area had a terrible smell. Again common area looked and smelled less clean than it actually is. Both kettles were having electrical problems. Most disappointingly, we booked a deluxe family room and it was nothing like the photos. Bathroom was ok. Curtains needed fixing and there is no blind. Noise was no issue even though it was near road and traffic. We had to ask for the beddings to be changed as we found a good few hairs. A/C was switched off from a control in the reception, but they were quick to help with it and get it working too. It was easy to get taxi from here to the airport at early hours. Being near the station, dining options were plenty. As we are keen walkers, we were able to walk to most places and also easily catch train to attraction that are really far.
