It is clean and very welcoming. We also enjoyed the free sauna experience! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel general manager even helped us arrange our transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal with our bike boxes! One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The only thing that was out of their control was that it was close by to the construction for World Expo Busan, so at times it could get noisy. However I was very very disappointed they didn’t put a warning that the gym/spa is ONE ACCESS PER DAY you need to choose. AND it was completely closed on one of the days, with zero compensation. Also I got really really annoyed during check in, I was there 14:10, and check in was at 15:00. Literally every other hotel lets you check in early if they have the room open, but nope!
