ヨンサン駅の2番出口からすぐ近くで、周りにコンビニがあり便利です。部屋は割ときれいでしたが、宿泊代が安いためか滞在中は部屋の掃除はありませんでした。タオルはバスタオルではなく小さいタオルがありました。またシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープはあります。日本語が少し話せるスタッフの方がいました。

地下鉄を利用する人には便利な立地です

日本のラブホ仕様です。 私は全く気になりませんでしたが、いわゆる普通のホテルを期待する方は止めておきましょう。 8階建ての8階の部屋でしたが、静かでした。 エレベーターも速いです。 部屋にはＰＣがあり、使用することができました。 周辺に食事をする店も多く、コンビニも近くにありました。

화장실 냄새빼고

화장실 냄새 아마 변기에서 올라오는 냄새로 추정됩니다. 이것 빼고는 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔같은 모텔이였습니다.

너무 좋지 않은 호텔이었음 안좋은 기억 가득 남기고가여~

환기가 전혀 안되서 2박3일 마지막 일정 때에 지독한 감기에 걸렸었음. 덕분에 1주일 휴가동안 아무데도 못가고 집에만 있을 수 있었음. 아 따듯한 물은 잘나오더라. 성수기라고 지나치게 비쌌는데 비싼 값을 못함. 하루 자기는 나쁘지 않음 1박에 4만원 이상 주고 자면 2000프로 후회함 동네 모텔임 .. 호텔이란 말 믿지마셈

完全不是hotel 在後巷附近環境感覺很不安全不推薦給女孩子 近地鐡蓮山站 房間很大但燈光有點太黑 每天有打掃 有水有飲料 反正如果男孩當旅館住還不錯

ホテル自体はきれいで、スタッフもあたたかく良いのですが、元々モーテルなのか、立地が繁華街の裏手で、少し怪しいかんじがあります。女性は夜に一人で歩くのは少し心細いかも。

Excellent motel, new and really clean

Room - very big room, big enough for 2 persons with luggage. new and very clean. Bed - big and comfortable queen-sized bed. clean sheets and pillows. Bathroom - very big and clean. water pressure and heater are good. Others - huge TV with cable channels, nice mini fridge and PC with big screen, reasonably clean towels, working WiFi. Location - excellent! 3 mins walk from metro station, lots of eateries around. Almost like the center of Busan, in terms of metro connectivity.

交通の便がよく、周囲に食事するところがたくさんあります。

アシアード競技場と映画の殿堂に行くのにアクセスが良さそうなのでこちらに宿泊することにしました。一日目は少々迷いましたが、ヨンサン駅の４番出口からそんなに遠くないです。周りには食事するところがたくさんあります。フロントの方の感じもいいです。部屋は広くてパソコンもあり便利でした。歯ブラシとバスタオルはありません。（小さいタオルはあります）清潔さですが、床はスリッパを履かないと足の裏が汚れました。シーツやタオルは気持ちのいい清潔さでしたが、パソコンの置いてあるテーブルはちょっとほこりっぽいところがありました。でもこのお値段でこの設備は大満足です。

駅からそんなに距離ないし、周りにコンビニやご飯屋さんもあって立地は良いと思います。ですが、モーテルからホテルになった？感じなので部屋の設備が少し足りないと感じるかもしれません。でも、フロントの方はみんな良い人でよかったです！

釜山・蓮山（ヨンサン）近辺のリーズナブルなホテル

宿泊費を抑えたい人 駅から近いホテルを希望する人 現地ローカル食堂を利用したい人 釜山の繁華街・西面（ソミョン）には地下鉄１号線で４つ目下車で行ける 外観はモーテルのようだが、室内はビジネスホテルと変わらない

It wasn't bad. The room was big but it was rather dirty. I would often find hairs on the pillows after the room had been cleaned and the sheets had a mixture of dirt and lint on them.

良いホテル

ここに泊まるのは3回目だが、廊下のベランダのドアが空いたので外が見えたが建物の古さを感じた。 今回残念だったのは床の一部とPCのキーボードが前客がジュースをこぼしたのが残っていてベトベトしていた。 しかし、内装はとてもきれいで、PCの近く以外の他の部分は丁寧に掃除がしてあり、 部屋着もビニールで包装されているので清潔だった。 PCはWindows7なので快適に利用できた。 湯沸かしポットが大容量なので便利である。 扇風機もあるので入室後やシャワー後など暑い時にはエアコンと併用すれば瞬時に涼しくなり快適。 ここの従業員は全員親切なので安心して泊まれる。 宿泊料が安い割には快適に過ごせるホテルなので、何度でも利用したい。

Convenience.

Hard to find the hotel at first using Google map but it is actually close to the train station (<5 min walk). Lots of restaurant around the area and a 7-11 just few step away from the hotel.
