I couldn`t sleep at night because it was not working air conditioner. I called for the air conditioner to be activated but it was stopped because of temperature difference. He didn`t care if I was hot and didn`t feel sorry. All the facilities were old and uncomfortable because it was an old hotel. My room was city view but The view from window was only Apartment. But the ocean view rooms was good. I will never go again.

봄에 가족여행 갔을 때 위치도 좋고 룸상태도 깔끔해서 이번에 또 예약했어요 ! 뷰도 좋고 달맞이길이라 맛집도 많고 내부 주차장이 무료라 주차도 편하고 좋네요!! 부산가면 이제 일루에서만 묵을거에요

조용하고 깨끗한 호텔

정말 후기만 읽어보고 예약했습니다. 친구와 부산 국제음악제때문에 연주하러 간 길이였습니다.출장겸 여행이라고 생각하고 연주하기전에 조용히 잘 자고 무대에 올라가야하는 상황이라 일부러 작은호텔로 선택했습니다.정말 너무너무 만족했습니다. 큰호텔은 가족여행이 많아서 복도에서 아이들이 뛰어다니고 하다보면 아무래도 잠을 설치는데 정말 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔에서 잘 쉬었습니다.세월의 흔적이 있는 호텔인데도 관리가 잘되어서 청소상태도 양호하고 만족했습니다

오션뷰로 최고에요!

지하철역에서는 멀었지만 오션뷰를 보고 간거라 정말 맘에 들었어요 밤보다는 낮에 보는 오션뷰가 멋졌어요 언덕에 위치해 있어서 오고가고는 힘들지만 그만큼 뷰가 멋졌답니다. 화장실은 작긴 했지만 씻는데는 문제 없도 깨끗한 침구류 덕에 편안하게 숙박했습니다 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋은 여행이 되었답니다

가성비는 굿! 서비스는 글쎄:)

아버지 칠순을 맞아 가족여행으로 이용한 호텔입니다. 어머니가 해변열차를 타고 싶어 하셔서 그 근처로 숙소를 알아 보다 저렴한 가격과 접근성에 숙소를 선택했습니다. 연식이 오래되어 시설이나 청결이 좋은 편은 아니었지만 하루 숙박하기에 나쁘지는 않은 컨디션이었습니다. 하지만 코로나로 호텔 내 식당이 운영하지 않았고, 결국 자판기에서 컵라면 등을 구매해 취식을 하였는데 나무젓가락을 요청하였지만 적절한 대처가 되지 않았습니다. 서비스 면에서는 많이 미흡해 보였습니다. 해운대 방문 시 해당 호텔을 재 이용할 것 같지는 않습니다. 왜 사람들이 비싸도 좋은 호텔을 가는지 알 것 같았습니다.

뷰는 진짜 대박이에요…! 엘레베이터 내리자마자 보이는 움에 배정되서 좀 기분이 별로였는데 생각보다 조용하고 방음은 잘 된거 같아요. 룸 컨디션도 나쁘진 않았으나, 수압이 너무 약하고 물 온도 조절하기도 쉽지 않았어요. 그리고 욕조에 올라가서 일어서면 키큰 사람은 불편할 정도로 화장실 층고가 낮아요. 칫솔 치약도 없으니 참고하세요! 그래도 뷰때문에 재방문의사는 있습니다!!!

샤워기 불편

욕실 샤워기의 수압이 약한것을 보완하려고 샤워기 물살이 매우 가늘게 분사되는데, 분사되는 물 자체의 양이 너무 적어서 샤워하기 매우 불편함.

이정도 가격에 이정도 오션뷰를 느낄 수 있다는 건 너무 행복이었습니다. 커다란 통창덕에 해운대 뷰가 한눈에 들어옵니다. 웨스틴 조선의 뷰보다는 조금 먼느낌이 있지만 가성비 최고의 뷰 숙소 입니다. 달맞이 동네에 위치해있기는 하지만 차량이 있으시다면 해운대에서 그렇게 먼 위치는 아니구여 가격이나 시설이나 전망이나 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.
