Don't get a room with mountain view
If you are coming to this hotel, make sure you reserve a room with ocean view. The other side of the hotel faces parking area and some trees. There was so much noise coming from some machine room, that we couldn't use the balcony at all. We complained about this, but hotel was really not interested in solving the problem for us even though we were staying for four nights. Overall our interaction with the hotel staff didn't go so well and that almost ruined the whole stay for us. They're english is not that good. Luckily my wife speaks korean. The pool area was great and staff in the restaurants were really helpful and kind. This definitely saved our stay. In may ways still was still the most disappointing five star hotel I have ever stayed at.
