For what we paid, this property was amazing value. The staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. The property was really well located for dining and visiting places like BIFF square.

Location was excellent directly in the happening part of town and it was very easy to locate the guesthouse. Appreciate the small touches like water dispenser, hairdryer etc, really made our stay much more comfortable!

High floor n No Lift, Many Rules but good location
No lifts and you may have to carry your luggage up to level 3. No entertainment in room. There is many rules and one of them I dislike it was food and drinks are not allowed in the room. If I know this rule earlier, I may not book for this guesthouse. I rather pay more for other hotels. Anyway, the location is really good. Very near to subway station and underground market.

Near to Jagachi, gudkje market, BIFF, lotte mall
Good location, near to Nampo station, Guesthouse without lift, inconvenience for travelers with many luggages, Bathroom a bit smelly even though its clean. Reasonable price for budget trip.

Convenient location
Staff were very helpful and friendly. One staff offered to let me use her mobile to make a local call. The overall cleanliness of the hostel was descent. For budge accommodation, this exceeded my expectations. The shower pressure was good, bed was fairly comfortable and the room had lockers to store valuables. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and close to the Metro subway. The hotel had plenty of resources available like maps etc. to help you navigate Busan easier. I though the staff spoke descent English. What do you expect? This is not their native language. At least the are trying to communicate.

Really close to subway station
Easy to find, really close to Nampo Station. Nearby there are Jagalchi Market in front the hotel and BIFF. Easy to catch a taxi and bus to go anywhere. The room is quiet small but really comfortable.. The staff, Miss San speak fluent English and really helpful. Recommended to group of travelers. But, if you stay with elders will not advised to stay here because there is not elevator provided. Has to climb a stair.

Warm stay and nearby shopping area
We visited Busan just a week ago (Nov 2014). This is our 2nd time stayed in this guest house. I would say, it is 1 of the best guest house in Busan, which is very near to the shopping area and subway station (Nampo), just 3 minutes walk from exit 15. Shopping of skin care product is totally not a problem. Wide range of foods selection too. For those who like fresh seafood, Jagalchi just within 5-7 minutes walk. Don't forget to drop by at Lotte departmental store (via Nampo underground shopping), to take a look for a musical fountain, Lotte skypark for mini zoo & sunset of view. The staff there are so kind, helpful & friendly. Credit go to Ms Maria. She is good command in English. Communication and seek information is easy. Alternatively, opposite there is a tourist information center, just within 5 minutes walk. Visitor friendly. Room is clean, private bathroom and come with breakfast. Breakfast served with bread, egg, milk, coffee, orange juice. Fruit like banana & pineapple. It's refillable. It's enough for energy boost to start a day. Other facilities towel, air cond, hair dryer & washing machine. I hope this info will help you to choose a good stay in Busan & i'm highly recommend Funstay Inn guest house to you.

The location is perfect with adequate comfort. However breakfast served is a bit too late for tourists who have early plan for the day.There is no staff at the counter until breakfast time which makes it difficult to check out early. We just write a note and left the room keys at the counter saying that we had checkout. we have to catch the early KTX to seoul. Towels given are only face towel size.

Funstay Inn is a great place. Near all the great eateries, in front of Jagalchi Market, near BIFF square, near some sightseeing places and wonderful host. Good location in NampoDong
It's very near to the NampoDong Shopping District and Nampo Metro, the room is a bit small but except that all is good. It don't have elevator so it's a bit hard for us to move our luggages up and down since we have a big an heavy one. The staffs are all friendly and give up good recommendation in our trip

an elagant guesthouse with good location
the guesthouse is located at nam po dong. you can arrive there by taking the airport bus. it is located at the main street. i.e. the street you take off the bus. after you take off, turn right and walk straight. look for road30. better find the place yourself. dont ask the locals. most of them dont read the korean pinyin. even they can read, they tell you the wrong way. this is my experience. the dining room of the hotel is big with elagant decorations, girls must like it. one bad thing is about the matress. i think it is old. some parts of it is swallen. anyway, i recommend this guesthouse.

Great location in Nampodong n 5 mins walk to the Jagaichi fish market n BIFF Square. Subway Nampo stn is just 3 mins walk. 5 mins walk to Lotte Departmental store where there is a big food court n supermarket at the basement. Plenty of restaurants on the upper floor also. Fun Stay has ensuite double/twin and dormitory rooms to suit one's budget. Shampoo, body wash and towels suppplied and free b/fast n wifi also. Marie, the manager speaks good english and is always cheerful n helpful. She can give your good tips to do sight seeing in Busan. She is also very caring to all the guests there and has good PR. Thank you Maria for the kind hospitality and impeccable service accorded to me during my stay there. I will strongly recommend to my friends and anyone going to Busan to stay there as it is a clean and cosy guesthouse in a great location.. To get there from airport, pls go to the bus station no. 2 outside the airport and take the airport bus going to Nampodong & it cost 6,000 kwon and 50 mins ride. Pls tell the driver that you want to drop at Nampodong. There will be an annoucement in english upon arrival at Nampodong. The bus stop is on the same street where Fun Stay is located and is infront of a hotel. After alighting, pls turn right and walk for 5 mins to Fun Stay. The cons is that there is no elevator and the check in is on the 2nd level but not a problem as the staircase is not steep. .

Great, attentive staff, fantastic location
Had to book this place as a last minute change to our trip itinerary. The hotel decor was extremely well thought out and is definitely as cute as all the photos show. Overall surrounding and hotel were a bit aged, but the room served all purposes a traveler could ask for, including big lockers in the room for security. As we were on the road for quite a few days, our massive luggage were definitely a struggle to get up all the stairs (1 flight to get to reception, 2 more to get to our rooms). Would strongly recommend this place to lighter travelers on a budget.

Great location, great staffs, nice stay indeed.
It was a right choice for me to spend my days here. It is conveniently located at nampo-dong, within 5-7 mins walking distance to nampo subway station, right opposite it is the Busan tourism information center and Jagalchi market. Yongdusan park and busan tower are just behind the guesthouse. Other attractions nearby are such as BIFF square and Gyeongbokro fashion street. The staffs, Maria and her cousin are very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions patiently and gave me information on directions. A big map was ready in the lobby showing all attractions and recommended restaurants in Busan. The room which i stayed was clean and nice. Toiletries and even shampoos and towels were provided. Hair dryer was provided also. The water heater was good enough which was very important during the cold days. Laundry service was free of charge. Simple breakfast was provided from 8:30am to 10:30 am (if not mistaken). The only shortcoming was I had to change room twice during my 4-days-stay. This was a bit troublesome to pack my luggage and unpack it again. But overall, I enjoyed a lot staying here and will definitely be back again.

女性3人の旅。場所は地下鉄南浦駅から３分、タクシー乗り場も目の前で、とっても便利な所でした。壁ににかわいいペイントがされていたり、かわいい小物が飾られていて、女性は楽しくなる雰囲気のゲストハウスでした。部屋はシングルベッドを３つくっつけたタイプで、宿泊学習のようでおしゃべりに花が咲きました。バスタブはなかったですが、清潔に維持されていて問題なし。歯ブラシ以外のアメニティもありました。日本語のできないスタッフは、携帯アプリを使って丁寧に対応してくれたり、英語のできるスタッフはフレンドリーで、親切。二階三階と階段のみなのが難点ですが、スーツケース一個くらいなら平気です。またみんなで利用したいねと話しています。

게스트하우스로는 아주 좋습니다
남포동과 자갈치, 국제시장, 낑통시장 등 걸어서 다 볼 수 있는 지리적 조건이 최고입니다. 단 비싼 호텔을 생각하시면서 예약하시면 않되죠. 이 가격에 이 시설과 서비스는 보기드문 곳입니다. 가성비 갑!!!

インテリアがかわいいゲストハウス
表入口も裏入口もわかりずらいですが 地下鉄駅にも近く、ショッピングにも便利です シャワーとトイレがついて、部屋は快適です 階段の段差が一定しないところがあり、注意です

立地を考えて選択させて頂いたのですが、大正解でした！！ 南浦洞の中にあり食事には全く困りません。釜山タワーへのエスカレーターまでものの数分で、チャガルチ市場へも徒歩圏内。 コンビニが近くに2件あり、スーパーでの買い物もロッテマートと農協のハナロマートが近くにあるのでとても便利です。 渡韓の時のスーパーでの買い物は楽しみの一つですが、徒歩圏だったのでとても助かりました！ 今回はレイトチェックインだったのですが、ちゃんとに対応して頂けました。 3名での旅行でしたが、シングルベッドが3つある部屋は中々ないので良かったです。 おすすめのお店なども気軽に教えて頂けます。 食べたいものを伝えたら、スタッフの方が親身に相談にのってくれました。 寝るベッドの場所により暖房が届きにくいところがあったので、改善されると完璧です^ ^ 今回の旅行、こちらのゲストハウスに宿泊することが出来て大変満足でした！ 釜山に行くことがあれば是非またお世話になりたいです^ ^

バックパッカー向け！
南浦洞駅が近く地下鉄移動なら問題ないです。 エレベーターが無く階段のみ！ 重い荷物は大変！ テレビも無く部屋での飲食禁止！ ただ寝るだけなら快適です。 リピは無いかな？

이동시 편한 호텔
남포역 지하철 1번출구에서 1~2분거리에 있어서 이동할때 편했고, BIFF 광장, 자갈치 시장, 부평깡통시장, 국제시장, 용두산 공원을 걸어서 다닐수 있어서 좋았습니다. 저렴한 가격에 이동이 편한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천할 만 합니다. 다만, 숙소가 환기가 잘 안되서 냄새에 극도록 민감한 분은 비추!

とても便利な場所にあります 建物に年数は感じますが、綺麗に手入れされ掃除も行き届いており 居心地は良かったです 部屋にテレビはありませんが、食事をする所でテレビを見ていると スタッフの方々とも交流できて、全く不便は感じませんでした

게스트 하우스라 외국인이 좀 많았네요..시설은 좀 노후사 많이 되었지만 잠만 자는거라 큰 문제는 없었네요..방에 TV가 없어서 아쉬웠네요 ㅋ

걸어서 유명 시장 곳곳에 다닐 수 있는 위치. 주변에 먹거리,놀거리 등이 풍부하고, 숙소 깨끗하고 친절함. 담에도 부산가면 꼭 묵을께요.

Excellent location and room.
Excellent room good location. Price is the same as yowan but much better quality. This hotel is located near many good restaurants and it is within walking distance to Jalgakji fish market. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood near by is quiet and their is no strong fishy scent in the air.
