When I questioned them they advised all rooms were booked out. So I showed them my booking and said if this not the same rooms I would like a refund, magically new rooms became available. The apartments are run by different groups of people… I would recommend you book with the December Stays are there more professional. The check in is a little unconventional as the 'hotel' is actually just part of a bigger building and the reception is just an office on the 3rd floor. There is a huge convenience store with an assortment of food and drink including alcohol on floor 1 which was super awesome. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. But, the first night the washing machine flooded the bathroom and though I sent multiple emails and went to the office (nobody was there), they did not help or fix the washing machine. I booked this property to have this amenity, and they ignored my requests for help. We were there during the Busan Mackerel festival and it was a sight to behold! The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only downsides were: 1. No toaster provided 2. Given a low floor unit so the view was disappointing and not what was shown in the pictures. 3. Communication with the provider was terrible.
