I left two days early due to the lack cleanliness, being unable to use the AC (due to leaking) and the noises from the laundry room and other rooms and they refused a refund. There is no staff on property other than breakfast, so you will have no clean towels, no one to bring up issues to and they will still blame you. Hotels staffs are not really friendly but they will still accommodate the needs (depends) Only provide on room card per room, need to friend egg and wash dishes for breakfast by yourself.
