Wonderful room with a view on the bridge and the harbour. Conveniently located near Lotte Mall which has a big food court and a great rooftop terrace.

I stayed 2 nights. It is pet friendly hotel. Quite clean but so hot in elevators when they did not turn on the AC. It is one of those eco-friendly hotels so amenities are minimal but can be bought (ie toothbrushes) or asked for (ie. Towels). It was a comfortable stay.

Lift (both) floor needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Made contact with 4 front desk staff and half of them are not helpful. Coin laundry needs English instructions. Smart TV has Netflix and Internet connection but not in English so useless. Room is clean, tidy and spacious, balcony has a great view.

The address doesn't show on the Naver map but we were able to find the hotel using Google. It is behind the Lotte Mall and it has two convenience stores nearby (7/11 and GS). The room was a fair size with a balcony looking out partially to the port and the city as well as a window facing the Busan tower. It was as nice looking as the picture on Expedia and it had a hair dryer, a TV, a fridge with 3 complimentary water bottles and a kettle. However, the two cups provided were dirty so we didn't use the kettle. The bathroom shower doesn't have a door and it splashes all over when you take a shower but the shower was really nice with enough hot water for three, large towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also thought the sink was plugged as the water didn't want to go down. When we told the staff, they were nice enough to explain we had to push the plug down to release it. Overall, it was a nice one night stay.

Très belle vue sur la baie (j'étais au 19ème étage) mais malgré la hauteur, la route au-dessous était vraiment bruyante. Dommage car la vue vaut vraiment la peine. La chambre est agréable, claire, plutôt spacieuse, très propre, la literie est très bonne, un petit balcon sympa mais pas utilisé du fait du bruit de la ville. Métro pas trop loin. J'ai pris l'option petit-déjeuner en plus qui est servi en buffet et qui était vraiment bon avec un choix conséquent d'options salées ou sucrées.

チェックインは午後3時からなのは知ってけど先に荷物を預けたいからフロントに行ったらチェックインはダメって、じゃあ荷物は預けたいですって言ったら、指差して横にって、なんか冷たい接客、何も書いてないし番号札も渡されてないから、ここに置いて大丈夫かっていう不安でしかない。スーツケース預けてくれるのはいいが、部屋まで持ってくれないのはちょっと不親切です。部屋にポックスティッシュがない！とても不便です。それと部屋中が暑い、暖房ついてないのに、外より暑いのはどうしてか分からない。

房間的隔局都還方正可以接受，旁邊就是樂天百貨及超市採買上非常方便！但飯店蚊子多且容易被叮咬，另外就是飯店清潔工作不確實，連住2晚大概只有把房間垃圾清理掉之外，地上的毛髮也感覺沒有用吸塵器加強清消處理，此點感受上不太好⋯

チェックインになぜか相当待たされた。パソコンで何かしているが何の説明もなくただ待たされた　設備のエレベーターなど乗るたびに怖かった このホテルでもし災難があってもホテルの人は何もしてくれなそうだ

シンプルなホテルだけど部屋は広くて快適

海が見えるホテルがよいなと思って、比較的リーズナブルなこちらを選択。南浦洞のはずれにある感じで周囲にすぐ飲食店があるわけではないけど、5分強も歩けば南浦洞のメインストリートに出るので不便さはありません。 外見よりも部屋の方が素敵で、値段のわりに広くて明るくて快適でした。ただ、オーシャンビューの部屋ではあるものの、釜山港は半分くらいしか見えなかったのが残念なのと、リモートワークをしていたのですが、机が窓側ではなく出入口側近くでライトもなく暗いところで少々不便でした。それ以外は何の不満もない宿でおすすめです。
