In the heart of the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, in a wild and preserved environment, you will stay in a renovated old house (2018)
The cottage is located in a hamlet at the foot of the Ardèche plateau 650m above sea level and 800m walk from the village of Burzet (Bakery, grocery, bars, restaurant).
Ideal for lovers of calm, nature and walks among chestnuts, youngsters and waterfalls.

Petit coin de paradis vert

Notre séjour chez Marie et Alexis a été génial. Le beau temps n'a fait que mettre en valeur le logement typique et authentique de la region. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, avenants et arrangeants mais surtout super sympa. Notre apéro avec eux restera dans nos mémoires. Nous recommandons ce logement pour des personnes qui recherchent du calme et de la nature.

Mitten in der Natur

Abseits vom Rummel am Pont d'Arc lebt es sich in einem schönen alten aber modern renovierten Steinhaus ruhig und friedlich, umrahmt von der üppigen Natur. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb des Hauses der Besitzer und Erschaffer dieses Kleinods, die beide sehr nett und entgegenkommend sind. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge auf die Berge und in die Schluchten im Hinterland. Für uns genau das Richtige!

Angenehmes Exil

Schön restauriert, geschmackvoll, nichts übertrieben dabei. Für 2 Erwachsene sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wunderschöner Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Moskitonetz über Bett als überaus nützliches Detail. Können uns vorstellen, erneut dorthin zu gehen.

Harmonie parfaite entre le lieu et la nature environnante

C'est une rénovation si réussie d'une ancienne habitation ardéchoise que cela donne envie d'y revenir, les propriétaires ont été soucieux du confort dans les moindres détails. De plus l'environnement est riche de découvertes et d'activités pour ceux qui préfèrent une nature encore préservée.

Un superbe séjour hors saison

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Marie et Alexis. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, et est très confortable. La chaleur était au RDV grâce au poêle à bois malgré des températures très fraîches en ce début d'année. L'emplacement est idéal pour tous les amoureux de la nature. De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles dans les environs avec de superbes panoramas (cascades du Ray Pic, rocher de Cheylard...) L'espace nordique le plus proche est à une quarantaine de minutes, parfait pour de la rando-raquettes. On recommande sans hésiter ! =)

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen in idyllischer Lage. Ideal auch bei schlechtem Wetter, denn es ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist großartig. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen ohne das Auto nutzen zu können. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, was auch zum gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe sucht.

Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Einmaliger Urlaub in der nördlichen Ardeche! Das Haus und der Garten haben alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Der Blick beim Frühstück von der Terasse ist einmalig! Sehr ruhig gelegen, da die Straße vor dem Haus kaum befahren wird. Zu Fuß kann man in 10 min zum Dorf laufen und dort beim Bäcker einkaufen, den kleinen Supermarkt ,eins der Cafés besuchen oder im Fluss baden. Zurück ist es bergauf natürlich etwas sportlicher 😉, aber machbar. Wir sind den Weg auch mehrfach täglich gelaufen. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele fantastische Wanderungen unternommen, sodass wir das Auto selten benutzen mussten. Danke an Marie und Alexis für ihre wunderbare Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt!!!

Très agréable gîte

Gîte très bien rénové et décoré situé dans un petit hameau isolé sur les hauteurs de la commune de Burzet. Calme assuré pour ceux recherchant de la tranquillité. Marie et Alexis sont des hôtes très accueillants. La vue depuis le gîte est magnifique notamment depuis la chambre de l'étage. Attention par contre pour les personnes ayant leur mobile chez orange ou free, aucun réseau téléphonique, mais wifi possible dans le gîte. En conclusion très beau gîte, dans un bel endroit calme de l'Ardèche, qui ravira les amoureux de grands espaces et de sérénité.

Le bonheur au bout du chemin

Sur une petite route tortueuse à flanc de colline ardechoise se loge le Havre du Lézard Vert, tenu , rénové avec goût et entretenu par Marie et Alexis deux personnes aussi attentionnées que respectueuses . Le logement est superbe et tout y est : du confort dans un écrin de nature de verdure et d'authenticité. Vous aurez un choix de ballades infinies à partir du gîte et vous pourrez rayonner pour des visites de sites connus ou à découvrir. Même une ado de 16 ans a trouvé l'endroit superbe bien aidée par le wifi (difficile de les faire décrocher quand même) En résumé nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans une nature préservée , si vous aimez le calme , la nature brute et authentique les gens vrais et le confort d'une maison au style unique , n'hésitez pas une seconde ; en prime la vue magnifique depuis votre lit sur la vallée, merci encore à nos hôtes

Toller Ausblick!

Wir haben unsere Woche in Coste Verte sehr genossen. Ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit tollem Design und wunderschöner Ausssicht. Die Umgebung lädt ein zum Baden, Wandern und Relaxen. Das nahegelgene Dörfchen Burzet hat viel Charme. Was man wissen muss, das Häuschen ist nicht alleinstehend, sondern der hintere Teil, die Eigenstümer (sehr nett!) bewohnen den vorderen Teil in den Ferien oder vermieten an Freunde. Man teilt sich einen Grill und der Aussenbereich ist einsehbar. Ein kliener Garten liegt unterhalb des Hauses, unterhalb der kleinen Straße zur gemeinschaftlicher Benutzung. Diesen haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Den Blick von unserem Bett aus werden wir auch nicht vergessen! Eine beeinduckende Woche!

Noys avons decouvert un tres bel endroit et avons ete accueillis par de belles personnes.

Une petite parenthèse au milieu des montagnes et des rivieres de l Ardeche. La maison est extrêmement agreable. En toute saison il semble y avoir de quoi faire pour parcourir et découvrir les environs de ce havre de tranquillité. Nous nous sommes régalés et bien reposés.
