Burwell-Morgan Mill

I love it, perfect location, clan room, very kind staff, good air conditioning and public transportation near, definitely I will comeback¡¡

Every staff member I spoke with was pleasant and happy to answer questions. The building is clean, the lobby is bright and attractive, and the rooms were very nice. Whimsical decor, beautiful mirrors, and extra seating by way of a padded bench and fainting couch. Big fan of the waterfall type of shower head. Spacious glass shower stall with no leakage so the floor isn’t soaking wet when you get out. Full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and full sized bottles of soap/body lotion on the counter. It took a few minutes for the water to heat up. The bathroom does not have a fan which I found odd, and the room has a mini fridge but no microwave. Not a big deal but those few things would have improved my stay a tiny bit. I did not drive so didn’t have to navigate parking, and did not attend the in-building bistro so not sure what the food situation is like. The hotel is located near a few restaurants (we loved Z Burgers), the Postal Museum and less than a 10 minute walk to Union Station. Pretty fair price considering the location. I’d definitely visit again!
