Room was spotless, good hotel for a stop over. No shops nearby as you're on a business park. Food was not the best though, breakfast was over cooked and cold in most places.

The receptionist (with Trevor her dog) was just so amazingly charming and helpful. She made the stay. The breakfasts had plenty of variety and nice staff. I found the decor of my room gloomy. Drab, heavy colours.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged ...
