New Home on South Toe River, Pet Friendly

  • The Estatoe Oasis One sits directly on the South Toe River on 16 private acres - awesome views of the river and Celo Knob. This home, completed in 2022, sleeps 16: ten in upstairs bunk room, six in additional three king bedrooms. Main and upstairs bedroom both have en suite baths. Game room and workout room plus additional bedroom, full bathroom and laundry in basement. Two outdoor decks with fire pit, grill and two picnic tables on upper. Lower deck is adjacent to basement with outdoor games plus a bar, pool table, foosball, karaoke stage and two Xbox consoles.

    Six kayaks and 16 tubes with life jackets provided.

    An adjacent home, Estatoe Oasis Two, is coming soon! It is around 3400 sf and will sleep 8 people: four bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom!
