New Home on South Toe River, Pet Friendly

The new Estatoe Oasis sits directly on the South Toe River on 16 private acres - awesome views of the river and Celo Knob. Sleeps 16: ten in upstairs bunk room, six in additional three king bedrooms. Master and upstairs bedroom both have en suite baths. Game room and workout room plus additional bedroom, full bathroom and laundry in basement. Two outdoor decks with fire pit, grill and two picnic tables on upper. Lower deck, with outdoor shower, is adjacent to basement with outdoor games plus a bar, pool table, foosball, karaoke stage and two Xboxes in basement.

Six kayaks and 16 tubes with life jackets provided.

Fabulous family retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location and home! The bunk room and game room is perfect for large families. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather so we can use the kayaks and tubes! Really, a lot of thought went into the decor and comfort of this property.

Family’s B-day Celebration

The house is beautiful, well equipped for large gatherings. The roar of the Toe River was very soothing and a white noise for sleeping. We had 8 adults , all had their own bedroom and bathroom, but lots of bunks for younger kids. It was an amazing place to have a vacation.

The perfect place to getaway and celebrate

My friends and I had a beautiful weekend at the cabin to celebrate my 40th birthday. The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos show. The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were all comfy. We spent much of our time under blankets on the cozy porch listening to the river. The journey down to the river is very steep but many of us were still able to bring the rafts down to enjoy some adventuring. I am already looking forward to visiting again someday.

The owners have thought of every possible amenity to make your stay top-tier! Luxurious tubs, bedding, furniture and breath-taking scenery, what’s not to love? Wonderful house and location!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Estatoe Oasis! The combination of a beautiful house, mountain view and the sound and sight of the river flowing below is unmatched. We enjoyed cooking, eating meals outside on the deck, floating in the river, searching for rocks, and watching the clouds, stars, and birds fly by.

Friend Oasis

We had such a wonderful time here. This was our second stay with our group of friends and little ones! This house is so well thought out, and the view is absolutely gorgeous! The sound of the river is so relaxing, and could have spent our whole time on the porch! We also ventured into town to check out Homeplace for pizza and brews, which was also great for little ones as it has plenty of space to run around outside, and also did some shopping. We all agreed we will be making this an annual trip!

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN

We are already planning our next stay at this amazing home! This place was absolutely perfect for our family, that included 5 adults and 6 kids (7-15). The home itself is gorgeous with everything you could possibly think of for a great vacation! The view from the deck is stunning, with both river and mountains. Sharon and Bill are the perfect hosts! Beautiful new home!

Our family enjoyed the second floor deck and the amazing game room. We used the fire pit by the river for s’mores on the last evening. Plenty of room beautifully decorated, and they accepted the family dog, as well. Definitely 5 stars, and we want to return!

Excellent house and property!

This home is spacious and beautiful and sits on a gorgeous piece of land above the South Toe River. Three families came together at this property for a new Thanksgiving tradition. We had a wonderful time! We will be back, maybe even in the spring for some tubing and rafting on the river!

Beautiful home and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well appointed home, great for family gatherings. Plenty of room to spread out. Great place to base out of for hikes on the Blue Ridge and close to a cute vineyard. Beautiful back deck overlooking the river - nice place to have morning coffee and evening fireside chats. And, we can verify there are trout in the river.

Great vacation home

This house is excellent in every way, it's new, clean, well equipped. Game room was great for the kids, there are kayaks for the river which is right down the ramp. The house itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Communication with host was easy and fast. All in all this is one of the best vacation homes that we've been to, very highly recommended.

Family getaway

This was the perfect house to spend time with our five children! Plenty to do just on the property- loved the gas fireplace on the deck, the fire pit down by the river, kids explored the river, and the house itself was so well appointed and comfortable in every way. The owners thought of everything, thick blankets to sit by fire, plenty of cut firewood, kitchen had all we needed and more. GORGEOUS views in all directions! We highly recommend.
