Spacious 4 bedroom home with bonus basement sleeping area has large hot tub under screened in, covered porch and is located in a private gated resort community with multiple pools, tennis courts, walking/ATV trails- all within 1 mile of a boat ramp. New furniture with new TVs in every bedroom, basement game room with bar and poker table, jacuzzi in master bedroom. Nearby attractions include a state park with golf, Burnside Marina, Cumberland Falls, South Fork Scenic Railway and just a short trip to Somerset for a drive-in movie or water park. The gated resort includes multiple swimming pools (1 in the property's gate) along with tennis courts.

Excellent family get away!!!!

Owner was excellent communicating through the entire process/stay, beautiful view, quite neighborhood, clean, games for the kiddos, plenty of space, big hot tub, and just an overall wonderful stay and my girls and I will be back to make even more memories at Ohana :)

Good spot for a lake trip

The house was perfect for a lake trip. Only issue was there was one less bed than pictured, but we made it work and loved the house. Robert was a great communicator and answered all my questions within minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular forest and river views

Great place for families with kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2 to 7 years old and the kids loved the bunk beds, train set, hot tub, and basement full of games. There was plenty of space of everyone and the property is close to Cumberland Falls and the Arch. Great stay!

Fabulous Vacation Stay

Went for New Year’s getaway. Had a wonderful time, lots of games to play, lots of space, beautiful scenery, loved the the Jacuzzi. Everything we needed to make a Perfect Getaway.

Overall was a very good stay, nice & peaceful! House itself could use some minor upgrades but had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic especially inside the screened in porch to keep bugs away. Game tables in basement were functional but were broken, so we had to be careful while we were using them.Views were fantastic on every floor!!

A Little Bit of Heaven!

We loved our stay with our 3 grandchildren. The view is spectacular and gorgeous hikes are everywhere. The house is very clean and orderly. Would love to come back and explore more!

Great Stay

Rob and Erin were able to accommodate a short notice stay. Owners were excellent communicators and the check in and out was easy. Beds were very comfortable and the view is outstanding. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and the starter paper goods were high quality. All made for a great stay.

Amazing stay

This property met the needs for our group of twelve. Plenty of room for everyone to hangout, beds for everyone, and great location. The view from the back os breath taking and worth the stay just for that. Our family enjoyed our time here and already talked about returning. Renter was a great communicator as well. Ohana means family

This home provided the perfect location and getaway to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. The home has incredible views and was very comfortable for three families over a long weekend. We love to cook, and we very much appreciated the large kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make it a memorable delicious celebration.

Great Stay

My friends and I rented this house for a fun girls weekend. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The view was amazing!!! The house wasn’t cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary furniture or Knick knacks, so there was plenty of space. And the hot tub was great!!!

We had a group of 11 stay here. The view from the back deck is amazing!! One of the best views in area hands down! Great time!

Our stay here was amazing! The house had more than enough room for our families (12 people) kids included, especially with the bunk bed room that my son’s family loved. The hot tub was a great feature in the screened porch. Waking up to the view of the mountains and Cumberland Lake below was breathtaking. The host Robert was helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying at this house.
