The pool across the street and the boat ramp just around the corner in walking distance. I loved the room it has.nicely decorated and everything you need. There was 6 adults and 5 kids under 9\. The house is large and accommodating. The pool is right across the street. However we were disappointed that the lake is not easily accessible from the house. You can barely even see it and need to walk down the road and down a steep boat ramp to get to it. The listing is not clear on this at all. The location directly across from the pool was perfect for this group who just wanted to swim! The house was spacious with plenty of upstairs gathering space. We used all five of the bedrooms and the equal number of bathrooms was a real plus. There are more things included with the property than the listing covers, like a high chair and two pack-n-plays. The owners should include some blankets in the bedrooms, as the downstairs can become quite cool. While some minor issues like this it is overall a great place for a family. ##### Warren H. Would have liked a full railing going to the basement. Dishes, pans and utensils all had to be washed due to them being put away unclean. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Grill had handle that was broken along with a missing knob. Fortunately we were able to find a screw to fix it only to find the grill was so filled with ash. Two bags later that was clean.
