  • Welcome to our privately owned Lake House! Each of the four bedrooms has a King size bed and a master bathroom (shower/tub double sink and toilet) attached for maximum comfort and privacy. A hide-a-bed couch sleeps two more. On the top deck, enjoy our gas grill and lounge furniture to sit or lay in the sun with glimpses of Lake Cumberland through the wooded lot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book, or have a glass of wine under the covered front porch in a rocking chair or on the relaxing porch swing. Take the party downstairs where a large 65” television with streaming service and a Blue Ray/DVD player are available. A coinless arcade has 300 classic games to choose from. There is an indoor kid’s clubhouse for children to play. Open the back-patio door to a large screened in porch that features an easily accessible step down into 6 person hot tub.

We had a great stay! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out for assistance upon arrival. The cabin was spacious and extremely clean. I was surprised at how well stocked the home was. Towels, games, food items in the pantry etc. The cabin is located pretty high up in the mountains. I suggest arriving during daylight hours. But, everything was absolutely perfect

Great place, well equipped kitchen and the beds was very comfortable. Only complaints I received was that there are no TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There was a TV in the common area in the basement but it would be nice to also have a TV in the common area on the 1st floor as well. If not for that i would have given it a 5 stars.

Perfect Place to Relax

Every year we do a vacation with another family! This stay was perfect for us! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids ages 4-13 loved the little clubhouse and all the games! This cabin was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of 9!

High end living with a stellar view

What a beautiful property this was! We loved the ensuite bedrooms and the high end finishes in the kitchen and throughout. The arcade game in the lower level was a special treat and the view from the deck is to die for. Hopefully we'll be back!

Great Family Getaway!

Lakin’ it Easy was a great home for our annual family trip to Lake Cumberland. The 4 bedroom suites were wonderful and we LOVED the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and great pantry space. We made use of the pool in the resort and it was a quick trip to Burnside where we rented a pontoon for a day.

Couples weekend

We had a wonderful time with friends that we don’t get to see very often. The house was perfect for four couples. It was exactly as described and well equipped. Great location and beautiful surroundings- felt like we were in the Smokies. Would love to go again. Thanks Becca!

Perfect house for 4 couples

Loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That is hard to find when you have 4 couples. The arcade game in the basement was a blast. Well stocked kitchen! Very easy to find and the check in was a breeze.

Love this place

We love everything about this place. The location is awesome. It’s easy to get to you. It’s easy to communicate with the owner. We stayed here our first time visiting the lake the second year it was available and we were very disappointed and this year we were able to rent and we were very happy with our stay.

What is very nice about the house the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies the house is very clean every bedroom has its own master bath which is supplied with bath towels the screened-in porch and the hot tub made it extra special and the outside view was beautiful I have no complaints about this house at all our stay was wonderful.

Great get-away

Cabin was great for 4 couples. Loved that we all had our own bathroom in each bedroom. There was also a half bathroom which was also nice. There was more than enough kitchen equipment and utensils and bathroom linens for everyone. Becca was a great hostess. Answered all our questions very quickly.
