There is a gravel, boat parking lot available in back, accessible by an access road off of Kinsey Ave. ENTRY Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 11am Early check-in and late check-out available, by request, for an extra fee. Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest. There are other homes in the area but it is very quiet. HEATING & COOLING The central air and heating. INTERNET High-speed! 300Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails. OUTDOOR SPACE Firepit, grill, patio furniture, and string lights are for your enjoyment! To ensure cleanliness and a positive experience for all guests, we do charge a $40 grill use and cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, while we provide a citronella candle to mitigate mosquitoes and insects, this is an outdoor area and we highly recommend bug spray! THINGS TO DO Lake Cumberland is the primary attraction in the area. However, we are also centrally located to the General Burnside Island State Park, Cumberland Falls, Daniel Boone National Forrest hiking and bike trails, and several breweries and wineries!
