"Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and overlooking the beach. The pool was nice with plenty of beds. The hotel is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet but a couple of kilometres into town. The only downside was that we caught the early morning flight from Perth, so arrived at the hotel around 10am and had to wait in reception for 4 hours until our room was ready. I understand check in isn't until 2pm but no attempt was made to adjust the cleaning schedule to allow our room to be available a little earlier."

"Lovely large property Definitely need a car to get to local shops A sml welcome pack of tea, coffee, chilled water would’ve been nice Pool and area lovely Couple of bikes to use would’ve been nice Beds were extremely hard - probably only the downside of this great stay Would recommend, truly lovely spot on the canal "

"Our stay in Exmouth was fantastic (except the weather) and Kingfisher was a big part of it. We loved this house, it felt spacious, the furniture was just right, the two dining areas were great, the yard and pool are the perfect size and the parking space was fantastic. Plenty of room in the kitchen for lots of people. Its only a short walk to the beach and the yatch club which was a lovely thing to do at sunset. A real home away from home and we would love to stay in this house again."
