The room was clean and I loved the free shuttle to the arena! Only con is that we stayed on the eleventh floor. The front desk representative asked us high or low floor but failed to tell us that the twelfth floor was being renovated! So at 7am we were awakened to loud hammering and drilling. The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the amenities, we would’ve chosen another floor if we were privy to the renovations.

Looks just like the online pictures! This hotel is very nice, and clean and it has a uni unique design. There were a few inconveniences upon arrival but the staff member handled the situation and tried to right side things to the best of his ability. Overall I would stay here again.

Really great so this is just for discussion purposes. I will stay here again! Clean Room? YES Helpful Staff? YES Easy Parking? YES Quick access to Wayne State and/or Downtown Detroit? YES Air Conditioning on a 80+ degree day? NO :-( (but fixed quickly and may have been my fault!) Snacks available for purchase when I arrived at midnight? NO :( Not in my building, only chips at check in Water Cooler and Coffee? YES/NO (available on 1st floor but a third floor water cooler would've been really nice, but see ac issue dramatically impacting my desire for water) Pet Friendly? YES - great area for walking my dog around the neighborhood too.
