Really good for an old heritage building! Shower was really small. Temp control worked well, very comfortable stay overall. Room was very clean, grout in the bathroom could use some love but again to be expected for a heritage building. Staff was really great! Helpful and kind.

The corporate policy seems to be profit over customer care; location means they don't have to care/deliver. My room didn't get cleaned till 4pm when we were already back for the night, waited in lobby. Then they called me at 9pm for a deposit (woke up my kid before a big travel day), soap dispenser fell off the wall and smashed my toe, the bathroom fan is so old and wonky that you can't turn the light/fan on or you'll wake up your hotel mates and the doors are too small for the doorframes so theres a 1/4" gap letting light and noise from the hallway. Location and lobby are great. The day man at the desk is really nice too. But the small details just aren't there for the pricepoint.
