The only thing missing, in my view, for families with children particularly, is an outside gate at the front of the apartments. It is also close to The Penguin Observation experience, which was very interesting. The apartments are quite noisy, given they are situated close to traffic lights on a main road. One very minor note, it is unusual to find a unit like this without a box of tissues. The only let down was the traffic noise. The property was on a main road with cars and trucks whizzing by all night. The biggest drawback was the noise from the highway & the noise from the apartment upstairs the constant banging of kids running up & down was a big drawback. Understandably that was outside the control of the owners.
