This charming apartment boasts exceptional warmth & appeal in a lively neighborhood filled with families, professionals, and a college community. The freshly painted North Hill Section home offers 2 private entrances & is conveniently located within walking distance to Burlington's popular Church Street Marketplace. Features include exposed brick, timber beams, 3 bedrooms and off-street parking. With contemporary furniture, a prime location, & beautiful condition, this home truly is a sanctuary.  
The space  
This second floor apartment in a historic duplex has two private entrances, is filled with sunlight and cozy modern charm. Guests have the entire unit to themselves. Three comfortable queen beds, contemporary furniture, and recently remodeled elements including new appliances make this a perfect urban sanctuary to stay in Burlington. At nearly 1,000 square feet, this property has good sized bedrooms and a small but well equipped kitchen.

Two entrances lead to this updated and cozy three bedroom apartment. Guess access the unit with a keypad so no hassle with physical keys. The entire second floor unit has nearly 1,000 square feet all to your own!

There is an apartment below this space so please be respectful of noise. This can be an energetic part of town in the evenings.
