James was friendly and helpful. I think the apartment furnishings could use an update, otherwise everything was great. Very quiet neighborhood and close to several attractions. ##### Stephanie M. My only concern was the lack of smoke detectors (and carbon monoxide detectors). The location was close to where we needed to be to explore Burlington and UVM.
