We enjoyed our brief stay at Sonesta. All of the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good - eggs, pancakes, toast, hash browns, etc. Room had a full size fridge with freezer and microwave. The room was surprisingly quiet. The building is a little run down, but overall this place was great!

The property is a dump. Everything about the property, including the exterior was rotting comma the furniture was old and broken the walls, feelings, plumbing fixtures, everything was an absolute disaster.

The room was horrible it has Bugs and spiders on carpet and around the walls I asked to change the room in middle of the night because my 2 kids were scared of the Bugs crawling on them The staff member gave another room but sadly the other room had also same issue (I was discussed) I won’t ever stay in this property anywhere in the US and I won’t recommend it to anyone .

I took pictures of my room. Lots of stained dirty carpets. Two out of three TVs did not work, 1 was missing batteries. No soap and dirty linens/ towels outside our room( we checked in around 7:00 pm so it should have been cleared away. People were smoking right outside our door. The “ hot tub/ jazucci was colder than the actual pool and did not work. Only really nice thing about the hotel was the check in staff who was alone and was dealing with so many people at once.

The room had urine from an animal-likely a cat-in the tin. A discarded toilet was at entrance to the room. Garbage-discard food-on railing into room. I will pursue a refund for this travesty.

The property is showing signs of structural and cosmetic neglect. You would not get sick or a disease, but the room was poorly cleaned. Hair, crumbs and dirty corners. The front desk staff were friendly and appeared overworked. They understood our frustration with the lack of attention to detail in regard to the cleanliness of the room.

we were booked in a room that was occupied. Then put i a room that literally had a disconnected toliot outside the front door. The front door needed to be slammed shut hard in order to close. A bar/kitchen table was disconnected from the wall. The exterior of the property needs much upgrading and clean up. And hopefully attract a better client base.
