The space
MAIN LEVEL:

INDOOR LIVING: 65” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 couch, 1 queen air mattress, dining table/stools, WI-FI router, wood flooring throughout, blackout curtains.

BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (Shower), Closet with linens and basic toiletries.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top range, and microwave. Dining table/chairs, outside access to patio/deck, stairwell to upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Also provided: starter supply of coffee pods/coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil and dishwasher pods.

UPPER LEVEL:

LOFT AREA: Futon, 43” Smart Roku TV, bean bags, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, lamp.

BEDROOM 1: 50” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, trundle Day Bed, nightstand, blackout curtains, 3 ceiling fans.

LOWER LEVEL:

LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer at base of stairs, starter supply of laundry pods.

BEDROOM 2: 70” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, 2-night stands, closet, outside access to lower concrete patio with porch swing.

BATHROOM 2: Full Bath (Shower), closet with linens and basic toiletries.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels & linens, washer & dryer, patio furniture, 6 Adirondack chairs, grill, fire pit, detached garage (boat storage), Corn hole boards, outdoor connect-four yard game, padded outdoor furniture.


PARKING: Gravel driveway with parking space for up to 4 vehicles outside the garage.

GARAGE: 30ft. X 64 ft. Two-bay garage with door sizes of 16ft x 10ft and 10ft x 10ft. We will store our boats during the off-season, but the garage remains available for guest use, accommodating one truck and a boat.

**BOAT SLIP: The uncovered slip does not have electrical outlets. Details and a parking pass are provided at check-in. The boat slip is seasonal, as the water level decreases in winter; during that time, you will need to use the main dock.

Things to note: The house is located in a residential area. Please be considerate of local residents and observe quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. Please do not climb on the deck's cable railing. Please treat the house as if it were your own. A starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods is provided. Extra linens and towels, as well as blankets and pillows, can be found in the closets.

Self-check-in is available using the Wi-Fi keypad lock on the garage. A door code will be provided at least 24 hours before your arrival. The key to the house is located inside the garage.

**Wildlife and Bugs:** Being close to the lake/woods, encounters with wildlife and bugs may occur. We have monthly pest control services, but it is advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum are available for your convenience, including a small vacuum for ladybugs. You may see squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer, and other wildlife. Please exercise caution.

Please be aware that the gas grill is located outside, making it difficult to clean between guests. Depending on how the previous guest left it, you may need to clean it before use.


Guest access
The whole house, garage, and parking are included. The Boat Slip at Sulphur Creek Marina is also included in the rental. ** The boat Slip is seasonal; as the water level decreases in the winter, you will have to use the main dock.
