The dining room based on our occupancy level, will sometimes chose to serve buffet only instead of offering the menu. Our goal is to have all accommodations available by 4pm CST, but circumstances beyond our control may prevent this in rare instances. When we are busy like we were this week with spring break, sometimes early check in is not possible. We do our best to check you in as early as possible and that day housekeeping turned in a clean list shortly before you came to the desk and we had not had a chance to call you. The restaurant does make the call for a buffet depending on our occupancy level and their staffing levels as to what will be best.
