Die Kommunikation mit Manfred im Vorfeld lief super, die Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls und dank bereits geschürtem Ofen war es angenehm warm trotz Herbstwetter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut spazieren gehen. Leider war die Beschreibung, als wir gebucht haben, nicht ganz so ausführlich, sie wurde wohl zwischenzeitlich etwas vervollständigt, bitte genau durchlesen. Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... "Innen ist das Haus sehr modern und sauber. Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Auch an die Vierbeiner wird liebevoll gedacht. Der Garten war lückenlos umzäunt, nur das Zugangstürchen müsste überholt werden. Stellt aber keine Gefahr für Kinder oder Hunde dar. Die Treppe, die in das Obergeschoss führt ist sehr steil. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort.Für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit der Familie war es wunderbar. "

"Like the other Welcome Hotel in Bamberg the buffet breakfast is understanding with a great range of German breads and rolls. cheese, cold meats, hot bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals including Birckenmüsli etc etc. The breakfast room faces directly onto the river Regnitz which is very picturesque. The staff are really friendly and helpful both with me and my teen children! It’s only a short walk to the centre of town, or along the river to the Old Town and Cathedral. The rooms were comfy and amazing value \*\*\*\*\*"
