"We booked here because of the close proximity to the CAT Ferry. (10 minute drive). The room was nice. Slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. There was no coffee maker in my room and when I went to the office to ask about coffee they gave me a one cup kurig and all the fixings to make coffee in my room. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall it was a good night stay."

"Incredible property at a very convenient location. We could not have been happier with this beautiful accommodation! Communication with the host was wonderful at the time of booking and at check in. Everything was super clean, exceptionally maintained, and felt very safe. We would come back here in a heart beat. If you are using the CAT ferry, this location is perfect. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay-we wish we had booked more than one night!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Yarmouth! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with attention to any visitors preferences. I think we might have been there during the only few days that this could be an issue, being on the coast, but it did get a bit warm at nights. Though the street noise may have been an issue, some relief may have been provided if some windows could be opened at the front of the apartment to provide a cross breeze. Ultimately we were happy to have the exceptionally warm weather to enjoy the many beaches that surround Yarmouth. The stay exceeded our expectations and these accommodations were the cherry on the cake!Thank you so much."

"Overall, Very spacious property for 2 people. Very clean and great location. Host did respond, after a couple of attempts, with additional guidance to gain access to the property. Parking is good. Location is great. My recommendations for improvement are:Add power strips and places to charge phones, tablets, etc, especially bedside and living room area. Provide better comms prior to arrival regarding site access. Provide better comms about where to find information within the unit regarding wi-fi and TV function. I am typically very good at using TV APPS when traveling, however, it was difficult to sign into TV Apps at this property. I found the price point a little high. I would say your price is at least 50 high based on my travel experiences. Not sure if you ever miss rental opportunities due to this but you likely do. Overall, I liked the design, the feel, the cleanliness, the location, the spaciousness and the outside spaces. Much Good here."
