Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful

Perfect location for CBD access. Tram lines on both sides of laneway entry to hotel. Discount cards to nearby cafe virtually useless. Both times we went to use them the cafe was closed. Excellent pizza shop right next door. Room spacious. Lighting choices were appreciated with multiple bed lamps, desk and floor lights and overheads. Highly recommended for inner city stay.
