Enjoy our modern fully furnished New Yorker inspired Townhouse Right on your doorstep is everything you could possibly need Woolworths ,fast food ,pharmacy cafes ,gyms & so much more Or just walk a few steps down to the award winning Treendale farm for a delicious meal no need to drive Grab your Coffee from the Treendale cafe & drive a few mins down to the Australind Estuary for a beautiful morning walk THE SPACE- Ground floor consists of one Bedroom with 2x King Single beds & bathroom -euro style laundry tucked away behind mirrored doors with washing machine and dryer & sink. Living area with 65inch Smart tv, dinning area & full kitchen with everything you would need plus dishwasher for your convenience. Polished concrete floors throughout the first floor. Take the stairs up to the main bedroom (mezzanine style) consisting of a queen bed, large walk in wardrobe & 2nd Bathroom. Included is another 65 inch smart tv. Fully air conditioned /heating in living areas plus both bedrooms.
