House has 4 spacious bedrooms. One has an ensuite with toilet and large shower. Seperate bathroom has a shower and bath with seperate toilet. There is a theatre and carpeted sitting room and the patio looks out onto the grassed backyard. The kitchen is large with an attached dinning area.
