This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is completely separate from the public side. The two sides are divided by dikes and are not connected by water, meaning boats and jet skis cannot travel between them. If you plan to bring your own watercraft, please contact us in advance, as the community boat ramp is not available for guest use. Getting Around: Lighthouse Point is a premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, and it's generally a quiet neighborhood.
