Cozy villa conveniently located in Lovina North Bali, town near the beach

Enjoy a stay at villa Ayu conveniently located on the east side of central Lovina just off of Jalan Laviana. A short 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and the shops, bakery and bars are within reasonable walking distance. The Villa is set in from the road and is very peaceful and private during the day and night. A 12 meter pool with a children's pool along side is kept clean and ready for your enjoyment. Colorful garden areas with exotic plants surrounds the pool and entertainment deck. The villa has a modern complete kitchen, Satellite TV, air-conditioned bedrooms, WiFi, hot water, ample LED lighting inside and outside including a light in the pool so you may enjoy your stay no matter what time it is. For the adventurous, motorcycles are available for rent very near by. Two doors away from Villa Ayu is a chocolate spa.

Geniet van een verblijf in Villa Ayu gunstig gelegen aan de oostkant van central Lovina net buiten van Jalan Laviana. Een korte 300 meter lopen naar het strand. Tal van restaurants in de buurt en de winkels, bakkerij en bars zijn binnen een redelijke loopafstand. De villa ligt in van de weg en is zeer rustig en privé gedurende de dag en nacht. Een 12 meter zwembad met kinderbad langs de kant is schoon en klaar voor uw plezier gehouden. Kleurrijke tuinen met exotische planten rond het zwembad en entertainment dek. De villa heeft een moderne complete keuken, satelliet-tv, slaapkamers met airconditioning, WiFi, warm water, voldoende LED-verlichting binnen en buiten, waaronder een licht in het zwembad, zodat u kunt genieten van uw verblijf, ongeacht hoe laat het is. Als je van rust houd ideale plaats.

We hebben een super tijd gehad. De verzorging van Komang en de uitjes met haar en Augus waren goed verzorgd. Even als Jack voor tuin en zwembad. Alleen de toegang naar de villa was moeilijk te bereiken.

Mooi huis met enkele tekortkomingen

Prachtig zwembad, tuinman toppi , maar 2 weken koude douche, housekeeping was niet zo oké , staat ook niet vermeld of wij zelf moeten kuisen, afval was een probleem (waar moeten wij daarmee ) geen wc papier, geen tissues. 2 keuken handdoeken voor 4 weken , werden nooit ververst , hebben reeds 10 tal huizen gehuurd in Bali en daar stond de staff elke dag paraat voor de onderhoud van de villa Grtjs Linda

Perfect oasis for rest

I stayed here for a month to do some writing and deep rest. It was perfect. The staff are very helpful and the space is so cosy and quiet. Highly recommend

Lovely property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ayu in Lovina Beach. The location is in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We did rent a bike which made it easier to travel a bit farther for groceries. The outdoor setting is quiet and serene, the lush garden and large pool entice you to stay there all day! The kitchen was well equipped to support the meals we chose to have at home, plenty of dishes. The bedrooms are a nice comfortable size with a large shared bathroom, a/c worked great to keep cool at night. The caretaker was very pleasant and willing to help make calls or contacts when needed. We were sad to leave as this lovely villa gave us the quiet and relaxing atmosphere we desired.

Den ovanligt stora poolen ger verkligen möjlighet till simträning. Trädgården var också väldigt trevlig. Eftersom det är väldigt billigt att äta ute blev det inget annat frukost som lagades hemma. Mycket lugnt och av-stressande.Om man funderar på att laga mat hemma, finns det inte så stort utbud på varor, mest chips och läsk.Vi saknade tillgång på glas, fanns endast plastglas, gäller aven övrigt porslin.

My stay at Villa Ayu, Lovina

We stayed for 2 weeks in Villa Ayu and everything was perfect. A beautiful swimming pool and garden, all kept clean to perfection by the nicest caretaker, Mr. Ipong. The villa itself was clean and spacious with a good a/c system. Across the street there is restaurant Sunset Ayu, run by they nicest and most helpful people, I can recommend that as well. All our excursions were organized by them, so that is also very easy. So all in all, a great experience and I can't wait to go back. I. Wolfs
