"The food was great. The staff were super helpful! Shout out to Jeff! Overall had a great experience. However, staff service was slow on Monday, not sure if the staff were tired from a super busy Sunday. Just something to consider."

"Perfect hotel with great, friendly staff. The only shortcoming is that it's not in the center and it's a bit hard to find. Hotel is located 2 blocks away from a mosque, which at 3 in the morning blasts their obnoxious, annoying call to prayer, even though Burundi is not a Muslim country, per se."

"Excellent "price performer" for my visit to Bujumbura as a solo traveler. Clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I ate at the hotel's restaurant, and it was a good experience."

"The best place to stay when in Bujumbura. Located in the hills overlooking the city centre. Very safe. Very big rooms with excellent air conditioning. Ask for room with a view of lake Tanganyika in the distance. Very pleasant restaurant with nice breakfast buffet. Very pleasant swimming pool with large parasols."
