The rose house

In the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, 30 minutes from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Montbrun-les-Bains, on the border with the Vaucluse department. The holiday rental is located in the centre of the village of Buis-Les-Baronnies, just a stone’s throw from all amenities (shops, restaurants, a cinema, and the market square, where you can stroll and discover local Provençal specialities: the market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays). The public swimming pool is an 8-minute walk away (600 m). For outdoor enthusiasts, there are dizzying cliffs to explore, or Mont Ventoux for tireless cyclists. Buis-les-Baronnies is surrounded by mountains and rocky outcrops that rise up all around. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities and a change of scenery (mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, rock climbing, a via ferrata on the north face of Saint Julien, swimming along the Ouvèze River (depending on water levels), the Gorges du Toulourenc scenic route…).<br><br>Three-story attached village house with an enclosed garden and terrace. Ground floor: entryway, kitchen open to the living room, access to the terrace from the kitchen side. Laundry room with sink and washing machine, separate toilet. Ground floor: bathroom/toilet, two bedrooms: 2 single beds (2x80x200) or 1 double bed (1x160x200), and another with 1x140x190, office/relaxation area. Second floor: bathroom (shower), one bedroom with one double bed (1x140x190). Public parking 300 metres away.<br><br>A security deposit check for 500 euros will be required for pets.
