It's the full basement of a house, with plenty of windows along two sides of the space – we had a great view of bright red autumn leaves on the grounds. We baked several pies here – there's plenty of counter space, and modern appliances. It has finished backyard with pool and hot tub. Also has outdoor shower. There is also firepit. Owner provided toys and slippers for the pool. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was cold. The unit is actually finished basement with owners upstairs. But there is a door at the bottom of the stairs which gives privacy. This unit has kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 and half bath, one wet bar, dining room, family room, gym room and game room. There is a big TV in the family room. The master bath has nice shower and wet room. This unit has so many features, you could easily have staycation for couple of days. The unit was very clean. Only complaint that i have dining room is away from the kitchen which makes it hard to carry your meals to the dining table. This VRBO has been by far the greatest! The home is impeccable, warm and inviting. Lots of space with all the luxuries. The outdoor space, pool/spa/firepit, was perfectly designed for any & all. So very beautiful, AND the birds!, they sang while enjoying the pool, sweet! The host, John, was the most accommodating,informative and welcoming. Communication was nonpareil We even enjoyed a day of sailing together on Lake Lanier!!! By far all around more than anyone could expect! THANK YOU JOHN & Mrs. !!!
